Full-Time, Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Performs duties related to the provision of case management for various benefit plans in accordance with company Policies and Procedures. Directs and manages catastrophic care and chronic illness or injury through total case management. Makes appropriate analysis of a patient's condition, then coordinates cost effective alternative care or provides short-term intensive education/support in an effort to enhance quality of life, quality of care.

Requirements
• Active, unrestricted Maryland Board of Nursing issued RN license.
• One-year minimum clinical experience.

Abilities/Skills:
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with general office equipment.

Preferred:
• Bachelors' degree in nursing.
• CCM certification.
• 1-year + case management experience.
