Janice Albert was one of the early developers of UR systems in the 1970’s and has hands-on health care experience in oncology, primary care and preventive medicine. A graduate of Johns Hopkins Physician Associate Program and Loyola College MBA, Jan has brought patient focused programs to the healthcare market.

In addition to building a proprietary technology platform that identifies health risk, HealthCare Strategies provides an outreach program, HealthReach, to patients to assist them in reaching maximum health status.

Jan is a frequent speaker at the International Foundation of Employees Benefit Plans and has spoken at the IHPM Annual Conference; she is also speaking at the upcoming Predictive Modeling Conference. Jan is also a member of the International Foundation’s Healthcare and Coalition Committee.

William Keenan worked as an educator in what was a first-of-its-kind program for developmentally-challenged children. Later he combined his law background with sales and marketing to manage healthcare organizations. Bill has over 30 years of managed care experience.
