We are searching for the area's BEST Nurses to join our staff as Case Managers. We are especially interested in Nurses with Med/Surg, Oncology and Psychiatric backgrounds but all are encouraged to apply as needs are constantly changing. Case Management experience is not necessary. Our Case Managers direct and manage care and chronic illness or injury through total Case Management. They also provide pro-active care by analyzing pharmaceutical data, claims data, the patients condition, provide education and coordinate the most effective care.

REQUIREMENTS:
You must be an active licensed Maryland Nurse with a minimum of 3 years clinical experience. Must be able to think outside the box and be self-motivated to provide excellent care and service.
Required:
* Active, unrestricted Maryland RN license.
* 3-year minimum clinical experience
Abilities/Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Basic math skills
* Basic computer skills
* Familiarity with general office equipment
Preferred:
* Bachelors' degree in nursing
* CCM Certification
* 1 year + Case Management Experience |
